With over two decades of dedicated experience as a biofeedback practitioner and most recently as a psychologist intern, Jeff Sutton stands as a pioneer in the field of human performance optimization. Holding foundational degrees in biology, health sciences, and primary care paramedicine, his academic journey laid the groundwork for a deep understanding of the intricate connections between physiology and psychology. Currently as a Masters in Counselling Psychology student, Jeff continues to expand his expertise weaving together his scientific background with his passion for mental health and well-being. His journey within our industry has been remarkable having performed tens of thousands of sessions with a diverse clientele from the terminally ill to Olympians and in environments from farms and homes to hospitals, medical clinics, and private practice. He offers a unique perspective at the intersection of science and healing.
